Terms & Conditions of our Guest Loyalty Programme

  1. EARNING POINTS It’s easy to earn points with The Loyalty Club. The total amount of your accommodation bill is applied toward your account. For every euro you spend you’ll earn 1 point. It’s that simple. Additionally, as a valued member in our exclusive program, you may receive offers and discounts throughout the year. Personalised recognition, excellent service and exceptional quality are only a few of the benefits you will receive. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  2. The Loyalty Club offer values and rewards may not be combined with other offers and discounts, unless otherwise stated at the time of redemption.

  3. Your club card and any associated offers are valid at participating Irish locations only.

  4. No purchase is necessary to receive a The Loyalty Club membership card.

  5. For every one-euro purchase on your accommodation bill (€1.00), your account will be credited with 1 point.

  6. Points accrued at other outlets within the property during the guest’s stay may be credited to the account balance upon check-out, subject to presentation of valid receipts.

  7. All transactions can be viewed on your loyalty card on your phone wallet

  8. You may occasionally receive complimentary offer incentives. Incentive offers may be issued in recognition of various events, such as birthdays and anniversaries. You will be notified of offer eligibility via email or push message

  9. Neither a receipt nor letter is necessary for offer redemption. To redeem an offer or reward, however, you must request a specific offer at time of sale. You may request an updated account status prior to redemption.

  10. Points earned on a transaction may not be applied towards that transaction but may be applied towards any subsequent transaction.

  11. The maximum amount of points that can be earned in anyone transaction or event regardless of amount spent is 2000 points

  12. The redemption of stays are subject to the hotels Loyalty Scheme availability on a given night and not valid on event dates or peak holiday dates. For redemption on overnight accommodation- please contact the hotel where you earned your points

  13. Points redeemed during reward redemption are deducted from your account balance at time of redemption.

  14. As at our discretion, redemption of Incentive Offers may be limited to one per transaction. Check before you book or order a reward

  15. Rewards may be redeemed in multiples and in combinations. They may also be redeemed in conjunction with an Incentive Offer.

  16. Offer values and rewards may only be redeemed by the cardholder and are non-transferable.

  17. Offer values, rewards and reward payout schedules may vary by location.

  18. The Loyalty Club may at its sole discretion modify or substitute offer values and rewards of comparable value without notice.

  19. Points earned expire within 25 months of the date they are earned.

  20. The Loyalty Club reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time without notice. In the event this program is discontinued, at the management’s discretion, outstanding points earned and incentive offers made may still be honoured.

  21. Stays reserved through third-party channels are ineligible for points accrual and will not be added to the account balance.

  22. The Loyalty Club reserves the rights to discontinue membership privileges and void your point balance if any unauthorized points are accrued or redeemed.

  23. The Loyalty Club reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges if the member’s account remains inactive for -1 months.

  24. The Loyalty Club reserves the right to void your point balance if your account remains inactive for 12 months.
